Trial run on five minute workout.

This morning I did a trial run on the five minute workout. Did 20 pushups,10 seated curls,10 seated chest press,10 wrist curls. Also did alittle abe workout. Did 2 sets of flutter kicks (10 ea.) and 2 sets of legs raises (10 ea.). When I started my workout program last week I weighed 171lbs. and this morning I weighed 168 lbs. Not bad for a 56 yr.old man wouldn't you say :p .
