Starting new ab workout

Well last week I over did my workout. So I decided to start a new ab workout. The new workout on the abs consist of 3 sets of 25 crunches,and 3 sets of 25 twist on the total gym. I will do that for about 3 weeks and then see what the results are. Also I will be using my slendertone belt to help with the abs.
