Hi new here

Hi, My name is Gregg and i'm from Oklahoma. I just started a workout plan at home this last week. Have a total gym 1100 and two 15 plb. weights plus I do 20 pushups a day. Would like to lose my belly fat and get my muscles back. I'm 56 years old so I know it is going to take awhile for me to get to my goal. Also I do situps and crunches 3 days aweek and use my slender tone several times a day. I really want to get in shape badly.
