Magic Weight fluctuations!
Hey MFP just curious about something. I weighed myself this morning, went for a quick shop down the road, came back and weighed myself again and found I'd put on 0.5kg! This is without breakfast or water. Science side of MFP, can you guys explain how this works?

Exhausted motivation!
Does anyone ever feel their motivation waning for a little bit. Like I know I'm not going to fall of the wagon entirely but to help myself reset I'm setting my goal to maintain for a few days before I get back into deficit calories. How do you guys deal?

Plateau breakers!
Hey guys! I've lost almost 10 kilos, but I think I may of cut my calories too fiercely and now I've hit a plateau. Any advice on how to break it? I've got a goal to lose another 10 by december. Totally doable I know, I think I'm just becoming impatient. TIA!
