Water weight

Hey guys quick question,
I had an awesome weekend where I ate at maintenance levels and this morning I weighed in at 1 kilo heavier than Friday. I'm not worried about it I know it's probably water weight (we managed about 35000 steps per day) but I am curious to know how long on average it takes you guys to drop weight after a weekend of your diet.

2-3 days. For example I had a big carb weekend July 22-23. I weighed in on Friday July 21 at 186.2. Monday July 24 I was 191.5, by Wed July 26 I was back down to 186.2.0

1-2 days, depending. A good workout used to deal with my water weight in the past. Also... impressive step count!0

35,000 steps?! You're a superstar, no kidding! Anyways, I usually drop my excess weekend water weight within 2 days.0

Depends if it's down to diet or exercise, and if exercise, how sore it left me. Weight gain due to muscle soreness seems to take longer to go, maybe 3-4 days.
In your case, you probably have both at play.0 -
Thanks guys! It was my anniversary weekend in Brussels. My boyfriend just has to walk everywhere, good news for my weight loss! Our end count was 69577!
We're both limping everywhere for the next week I think2 -
It depends on the amount of carbs you are along with sodium. I think a carb draws in 2 grams of water.0

3 days usually, sometimes 40
