I know I got confused one day when I changed my goal to lose 0.5kg a week and my daily calorie allowance didn't change. Extra research showed that my calorie goal was the bottom of the allowed limit so I understood why it hadn't changed. I eat what I want, when I want. My only restriction is that whatever I eat has to be under my maintenance calories. The other day I had a whole day of tea biscuits and hot chocolates

Try logging for a week at your current maintenance levels, simply to get used to logging and seeing the calories in your food. Then move your goal to losing .2 pounds a week and so on. For some people it's easier to start small and work their way back up to 2 pounds a week.

Womanly gift week! Much better than 'day and sacrificial waterfall' haha I just eat up to maintenance, I don't even worry about correct diet etc. respond to my body's needs first :) and if the body wants chocolate mousse the body gets chocolate mousse!

I go by my scale to check weight and my clothes to check size

Losing weight is hard, being large is hard. Choose your hard! The time is going to pass anyway, wether you start now or not. Don't give up what you want for what you want right now!

Change at school, come home, drop your stuff and work out! My gym is 20mins past my house in the opposite direction to school, I literally drive past my house to go to the gym. If I let myself stop I'll just stop altogether from tiredness! So don't stop!

It'll do it for you until you hit the lowest allowed calorie intake. Then you'll have to adjust your rate of loss rather than your calories in.

I just wanted to look at weight fluctuations and try to understand what causes them. I'm already within a healthy weight so they don't bother me weight wise, but I'm curious to know why and how they happen.
