I just returned from a 16 day road trip and by my calculation had about 48 cheat meals haha Enjoy life! You had a bad weekend, log it and use it as motivation to have a great week :)

I'm sorry to hear about your grandpa :( don't even worry about tracking. Spend your time with family and put all that focus into making memories with them. Me! I'm living overseas with my partner and no friends. He knows about it and that's it! Everyone else will notice when we get back I guess but it's so liberating to do something as and how you want it, without anyone else looking in.

Me! I've had low iron since I've had bloodtests. I stay motivated by knowing what I want! I want to walk into any store, grab some clothes and feel comfortable trying them on. Knowing what I want motivates me to stay with it!

You get it girl! Listen to your body, rest when it tells you to rest. My only advice would be not to overly restrict your diet, as it could cause binging later on if you were to fall of the wagon (which you won't cause you a badass!) As long as your calories in are less than your calories out the weight will come off :)

Trusting the system! Knowing that my calories in are less than my calories out means I WILL lose weight! It won't happen in a hurry, but it'll happen. The more consistent I am with logging the more I'll lose. That motivates me

1200 here! Preach! Both of these worked for me! Especially the cream! I find if I sweat anywhere that isn't used to sweating, eve my face, I break out in rashes. It's worth getting it checked out!
