Im a 5'2 20 yr old female who weights about 112. I exercise about 5 times a week (lifting and cardio) and am pretty active throughout the day. MyFitnessPal tells me that I can eat around 2600 calories after exercise. Should I be eating this much it seems crazy high!
For the past few weeks MyFitnessPal has said that I have about 100 calories left at the end of each day. I was curious if anyone has lost weight at this small of a deficit

So lately I've been getting reeaaaallly hunger at night. Often times I'm so hungry that I have to get up between 11-2am to have a snack so I can sleep. I'm eating plenty of calories (1600-1750) and have even tried have tried planning small snacks closer to bed time. Any suggestions to curb the night time hunger?
