Maintenance calories

I've been slowly losing weight for the past year and I feel great. I've now reached my ideal weight and want to maintain. How do I calculate the amount of calories I should be eating? Lately I've been eating between 1650-1750 and exercising about 5 times a week.

Well done.
And what rate of recent weight loss per week resulted from "Lately I've been eating between 1650-1750 and exercising about 5 times a week" ?
IMHO that's the best guideline to finding your maintenance calories as any logging inaccuracies are accounted for.
If 1lb a week add 500, if half a pound add 250 etc...3
