I'm 5'2, 112 lbs, exercise 4-5 days a week and eat around 1600-1700 calories a day. I want to stop losing and maintain this weight. How many more calories can I eat without gaining weight back??

    Punch your height, weight, and activity level into MFP, and set your goal to maintain. It will give you a calorie figure. Use that as a starting point.

    Take the number of pounds you are losing per week, multiply by 500 and the result will be the number of calories you add per day.
