Hi Everyone, I lost 30 lbs, but I’ve already gained 10 back. I’m trying to catch myself before Im back where I started. I have two: 1. Exercise Sunday-Friday 2. No binging Monday-Friday I’m going to check in every day this week with my progress. Feel free to check in with how you’re doing too!
