What are your goals for this week?

Hi Everyone,

I lost 30 lbs, but I’ve already gained 10 back. I’m trying to catch myself before Im back where I started.

I have two:

1. Exercise Sunday-Friday

2. No binging Monday-Friday

I’m going to check in every day this week with my progress. Feel free to check in with how you’re doing too!

    Hi I want to walk for atleast 70-90 minutes everday!! I walked for 70 minutes today. Going to gradually increase the time and lose 1 kg by the end of the week and 5 kgs by the end of the month.

    That is so awesome! I’m inspired-I want to work up to that much exercise. Right now I mostly do random low impact YouTube workouts. I go for like 20-40 minutes. We’ve got this!

    I accomplished my goals for Monday. I did a 30 min walking workout on YouTube and I didn’t binge. Today already feels harder though.
