I accomplished my goals for Monday. I did a 30 min walking workout on YouTube and I didn’t binge. Today already feels harder though.

That is so awesome! I’m inspired-I want to work up to that much exercise. Right now I mostly do random low impact YouTube workouts. I go for like 20-40 minutes. We’ve got this!

You're not losing because you're eyeballing portions. When you eye ball you have no way of knowing how many calories you're eating.

You are gorgeous! I was an hourglass and 17, then I gained 40lbs over the course of ten years. It's half gone now, and I'm a pear :'( lol I'm happy though that my waist is currently 12" smaller than my hips, so I've got curve down there. I'm curious about what my shape will be when I'm a goal.

I prefer 2-3 small, healthy snacks during my workday, then a big "meal" when I get home that actually consists of snacks like Greek yogurt, fruit, veggies, almonds, PB etc etc. And a little candy. Success has more to do with perseverance than innate ability. I often tell myself that I'm tough as nails and I've got a spine of steel. Also, Sia has a song where the refrain is "I've got stamina", it inspires me.

Congratulations on getting clean! My boyfriend experienced a similar weight fluctuation when he got clean- losing weight, then gaining. Make sure dieting doesn't trigger you. Weight loss isn't linear and it takes time. Try to be patient. The suggestions here are excellent. Good luck!

Yesterday, I walked by the detention table and a kid yelled at me "She's ugly! She's SO ugly!!!"....I didn't binge that night and I called the dermatologist. Also, in November my boyfriend told me the only reason he would break up with me was my 20 lb weight gain.

I'm a long term sub in first grade, our winter break ended two weeks ago, so I started working again two weeks ago. How do you deal with the stress???? I really want my own classroom but I'm having such a hard time managing stress without binging.

I've been waiting to be able to wear a pair of jeans I bought when I was thinner. Today, they fit great and I could comfortably wear them to run errands. However, I realized I don't like them anymore :/ Now I've got to lose another jean size so I can buy trendier jeans.

Strong Curves- the author, Bret Contreras, is the ultimate *kitten* man. He's obsessed with butts lol Google a post in his blog where he explains exercises that target the glutes but don't increase leg mass. My boyfriend noticed improvement in my booty when I was just two days into the program.
