How to log steps
I use vivofit pedometer that is synched to garmin connect which is synched to here, MFP. I always achieve between 12000 - 14000 steps a day and most often that includes a 40 minute brisk walk. Can someone clear this up for me please. I have garmin vivofit to count my daily steps. I use MFP to log calories and in order to lose 1lb a week it calculates I should consume 1690 a day.
