Is there a way of logging inch loss on mfp??

It's been 8 weeks since I lost any lbs but am noticing inch loss (hooray!!). Is there a way of logging measurements on mfp? If there is - how?
Thanks

You log it in the same place you log your weight. Just pick one of the other options and I think you can add your own too if you measure other than the standards (arm, waist, etc)

and in reports you should be able to select a report for these as well if you want to see the trend over time

Yup. You have to go into settings like you were going to change your activity level and do it there. That's something I actually need to start doing myself.

Note. This is for the website.
On the Check Page, under the measurements is a link "track additional measurements". Click it and it will let you add what you want to track. Once you add something, it's available for the reports.

I gave up for a while as I could not get the same measurement twice and it got frustrating. But I bought https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B000KBFCG6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it seems easier to use.

I have that tape and for me is worse than the regular one. Bottom line: It is me that sucks at taking measurements, so I don't do it very often. I have more trust in how the clothes fit me and the number in the scale. ;)
  • Great! Thank you everyone. I have now managed to log my measurements.

Further inch loss here we go!!
