Is there a way of logging inch loss on mfp??
It's been 8 weeks since I lost any lbs but am noticing inch loss (hooray!!). Is there a way of logging measurements on mfp? If there is - how?
Thanks

You log it in the same place you log your weight. Just pick one of the other options and I think you can add your own too if you measure other than the standards (arm, waist, etc)1

and in reports you should be able to select a report for these as well if you want to see the trend over time0 -

Yup. You have to go into settings like you were going to change your activity level and do it there. That's something I actually need to start doing myself.

Note. This is for the website.
On the Check Page, under the measurements is a link "track additional measurements". Click it and it will let you add what you want to track. Once you add something, it's available for the reports.
I gave up for a while as I could not get the same measurement twice and it got frustrating. But I bought https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B000KBFCG6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it seems easier to use.0 -

I have that tape and for me is worse than the regular one. Bottom line: It is me that sucks at taking measurements, so I don't do it very often. I have more trust in how the clothes fit me and the number in the scale.0 -
Great! Thank you everyone. I have now managed to log my measurements.
Further inch loss here we go!!1
