Also soy or whey?
I have when i log a weight loss and then the scale goes back up and then it goes up and down for like 2 weeks. I work out every day and hit my calorie goals. It drives me crazy. Its like it goes down to your lowest then goes back up 4 pounds then just toys with you for like 2 weeks. I weigh myself in the morning same time…
Started at level 2 now im a much more active person. I was at 1240 calorie goal the next level is 1410.
I started my real journey 5 days ago. I have been doing so good. Ive lost 5 pounds in 5 days. I work out every day and eat really healthy and im way under my calorie intake every day. So this weekend i want to have a free meal of one of my favorite meals at a restaurant. Still trying to decide where to go. I'm just nervous…
Today i went over my calories for the super bowl. I never go over and the first day i do since my journey the scale says 5 pounds heaver from yesterday. Wth. Way to make me feel more guilty than i already do. Yes i know the scale fluctuates but i just needed to vent.
Today is day 65 of my Weightloss journey. Down 25 pounds. Went from a size 16 to a 12. Im super excited. I have like 45 more pounds to lose. When i started i would do like 35 minutes of cardio and then resistance weight machines. Because of time i have only been doing cardio for the last 2 weeks. I usually only have and…
Also do you only log intentional work outs? I personally will eat back some but usually have a few hundred calories left unless i didn't work out. I stopped logging exercise unless it's an intentional work out because the scale wasn't moving. Now its moving again. 45 more pounds to go.
Even when you're still under goal? I had 800 cals left and i was tired. So i went to Chick-fil-A and got the fried chicken Sandwich which was 440 cals. Idk why i feel guilty but i do. Anyone else?
Question for everyone. I usually do dinner with more calories.
However I'm not an expert in nutrition. Seem high to anyone else? I know you can adjust it. I did but then changed it back because I wasn't sure.
No fruits or veggies?
So how does it work? Does mfp take in consideration just normal walking and lifting everyday or do you log it?
So excited. Healthy eating and work out is paying off daily. I starting lifting squats 2 days ago. Very happy.
Like today i walked on the beach. I thought that would be a popular one. Also when. I type in different weight machines. Both not there.
How is it for overweight beginners? And tips?
I've heard both good things and bad things about it however I would like to get credit on MyFitnessPal for all the steps I take outside of exercise.
1240 cal def and working out 5 days a week burning around 300-400 each work out. I needs tips on upping that to around 2 or 3 pounds a week. Im okay with 2. I usually do cardio like cycle, stairmaster and weight resistance.
Which one if so?
when you get to your goal weight will you still have to eat at a low calorie deficit or will that go up to maintain your weight?
I love angel food cake with sauted berries drizzled over. You?
