Today was my rest day however im going to the movies tonight and i want to bring a snack and i have 11 cals left lol.
I didn't like them. I always thought is it important to take after working out however after research i feel i don't need it since i hit my protien goals with food everyday. Thank God because they were gross and taking up calories. [Post edited by mfp mod]

My friend wants me to try it but im not crazy about cutting out any types of nutrition. I eat carbs. I just try to keep them healthy nutritious carbs
If your eating enough protein in your regular diet? Im doing cardio and resistance training 5 days a week. I dont really like protein powder.

if you are meeting your calorie deficit every day but when you look at your nutrition you're going over in sodium, saturated fat different things like that will you still maintain weight loss ?is it just that you're not giving your body the proper nutrition or you're overdoing it?
