Soo fat
I'm doing T25.. and I'm so fat I can got grab my leg from behind and stretch it.. (I use to be able to only last year but the extra 2 stone I have put on has really started to effect just how I move... I have to get my husband to pass me my leg so I can grab it. Anyone else so fat that it effects them physically like this?

Home prepped
I have cooked myself a batch of chicken casarole and got enough for another 5 meals I had some for my dinner.. how do I workout what calories in had.. I added root veg but no potatoes and chicken thighs skinless as I was tight on funds.. then usual stock seasoning. Etc

Trainers!
So got myself to my local running shop.. Took a while (4 pairs) I've had to buy new balance m860v7 in wide now can not wait to to try them out.. hopefully be an end to shine splits and inner sole pain!. Price was ouch tho' haha

Running
Running or in my case running stance but ends up less than walking pace. I'm rubbish at it, my body hates it. I'm not built to run! Foot pain
So past few weeks been waking up with heel and ankle pain.. and after periods of rest. So I took the effort to buy new trainning shoes to do my workouts in.. tried them out and felt good.
