I have cooked myself a batch of chicken casarole and got enough for another 5 meals I had some for my dinner.. how do I workout what calories in had.. I added root veg but no potatoes and chicken thighs skinless as I was tight on funds.. then usual stock seasoning. Etc

Add all ingredients to the recipe builder, plot in that this makes 6 servings, log 1 serving per meal.0
