HELP- started C25K, having knee pain
I'm on week 3 of c25k and am having increasing knee pain. Started in right knee after week 1, subsided. Week 2, left knee started hurting. Took a few days off. Now after week 3 both knees are sore. 2018 Resolutions?
Whether fitness or diet related or not. My goal is to read at least 15 books and eat a salad a day.

One year of progress - 320 to 227
It hasnt been easy, and there were days where I slipped up. Bad habits were broken, better habits were formed. My one piece of advice is that the worst you feel on a good day is still better than the best you feel on a bad day. Cant wait for year two!

Started at 320lbs on December 8th 2016. Hoping to meet my goal of 160lbs by Sprinng 2018.

30 days and the scale hasnt moved, frustrated
24 of the last 30 days I've had at least a 700 (often more) calorie deficit. I log everything. I exercise 3x a week and 10k steps daily. The scale hasnt moved an ounce all month. What gives??? Steady weight loss since December, total 74lbs but August NOTHING.

My 70 year old mom's before and after, 95lbs
My mother, on the left, 64 years old, 275lbs. My mother, on the right (yesterday), 70 years old, 180 lbs. She's been overweight her entire life and in her senior years R.A. led her to live a sedentary lifestyle. She credits keto diet and good old CICO. Happy birthday, mom! You are my inspiration!

We all have setbacks
We all have set backs. What was your most recent setback and what have you done/will do about it? Me, I sprained my ankle pretty gnarly. I plan on staying determined, focusing on my diet and looking for exercises I can do.
