    Thanks! I walk a lot, at least 4x a week. Put my headphones in and its become a decompression tool from lifes stresses for me, at least an hour. Some days I go hiking, and I swing my arms like crazy lol. Recently got promoted at work and my new position has me clocking close to 20k steps a day so thats definitely helping. Sporadically do 5x5 weights or ab routines but have not been as consistent with them as walking.
