I had bought twin pack of tofu of simple truth organic but am not sure if the serving size is per pack or for both packs? anyone tried this also?

Butt and leg workouts?
My doctor says I’m not allowed to do any weight lifting because of some medical issues I’m figuring out but I worked really hard to have the muscle in my butt and lower legs and I don’t want to lose it. Any recommendations that I can do that don’t require lots of weight where my stomach contracts hard when exercising?

Does calorie intake affect muscle mass
I have the app set to lose weight so I’m eating less calories so I can lose fat in the stomach area but I’ve been trying to get gains in the butt area. Do I need to eat more calories?
