I was still so hungry after my workout and dinner that I had my snack that I planned for tomorrow. Yikes

Bummer! Think you might need to up your intake a bit in general?

Are you eating back exercise calories?
If you aren't, start doing so, it will help with satiation, and you need fuel for a good workout.
Just log and write off the tomorrow's snack that you ate. Giving yourself less tomorrow could just start a snowball effect where you are always owing cals.

The bright side is it was after a workout so that's a plus. Wonder if you were a bit dehydrated sometimes I feel hungry when I really just thirsty.0
