Butt and leg workouts?

My doctor says I’m not allowed to do any weight lifting because of some medical issues I’m figuring out but I worked really hard to have the muscle in my butt and lower legs and I don’t want to lose it. Any recommendations that I can do that don’t require lots of weight where my stomach contracts hard when exercising?

What are you cleared by the doctor to do? Yoga? Jogging? Swimming?0

If you're doctor said what you can't do, then your doctor should be the one to say what you can do.3

Hill walking / incline treadmill1

If you're allowed to walk fast and climb stairs, do that. Combined with a high protein diet, it should help.1

Probably not appropriate to suggest actions not knowing the exact limitations or reasoning behind them.
I would ask your doctor.4
