My 11 year old smaller dog should be eating the bigger dental kibble because of tarter on his teeth...I usually put the bigger size kibble with his smaller kibble and he always leaves the bigger kibble behind. Getting promoted/changing jobs and doubts
For those of you that were promoted, etc. is it normal to have some fear about the change? I am in this position with my employer and just waiting for the paperwork. I find myself getting doubtful about whether or not I want this. I guess it is a confidence issue as well as the fact that there will be more expectations…

Yet when I was…

Thoughts on pet cremation/ashes, etc.
For those that have lost a pet have you kept the ashes or did the paw print tribute, etc.? I ask because when our cat passed away 4 years ago I did not get any of that done. I mentioned it to someone and they seemed surprised that we did not keep the ashes so then I felt kind of guilty.. Thoughts on this...apparently you…

Natural oil on your skin...
What do you use in terms of oils on your face? My skin is oily and prone to breaking out but I read that JoJoba oil is quite good to use. It is still hard for me to use "oil" on my face because I still think that drying out my skin is better.

Meghan Markle

I casually mentioned to someone that I skip breakfast and I heard wow that is not good for you, you shouldn't do that, it's not good for you, was I okay, etc. etc. etc. I was kind of taken aback at how strong their opinions were about breakfast:)

Intermittent fasting...I am sure this has been discussed prior but...
...I have started to implement this into my life. It is not as bad as I thought, I do 16 hour fast daily with an 8 hour eating window. Although I was reading that for women they should do a 10 hour eating window instead but I am kind of getting used to the 16 - 8, so not sure yet if I should switch it. I finish supper at…

Anybody else set low weight loss goals...
I have about 30 lbs to lose...as of this morning I weigh 181.5 my goal is to be at 172 by June 30th then lose another 10 lbs by December 31st. Slow but for me that seems to work. I like setting low expectations because then I find it less overwhelming and it allows for some lenience for the occasional off day, etc.
