Building Strength, Loosing Belly
I am very active and in good health. I am "skinny fat". I workout every morning before work. I am have cut calories, and portion sizes. Still can't get my belly trimmed down. My Strength is going up nicely. Just need to keep moving along. It just seems disheartening. Any ideas?

Mondays Workout
Gym, did 4 bicep 3 sets 20max reps 4 triceps the same. 3 lower back stretch. 1/2 Mile jog. Work has 15min morning stretches. Before lunch 3x 2 floor stairs

Rescuers, endurance and stregnth
I had to stop training because of a vertebrate out of place. Now I have 4 fused neck vertebrate. As soon as I get the ok I need to get back into working out. Any suggestions or help let me know. I know I will nerd to start slow again.

Belly Fat
I have been at around 176 to 180 for several years now but I still have a good amount of belly fat I can not get rid of. I work out almost every morning. Work hard in a ship yard (after being a manager for 21 years) My diet to good. Calorie intake is at or below normal for my activity level. Don't have a clue what to do…

New to Community
Been on MFP for a while, I do mornings at a local Y 25-35 minutes every morning. Then 8 hours in a ship building company. I will log 30+ flights of stairs a day. I have not been able to get rid of the belly (10 lbs) or get my upper strength to where I want it. Hoping I might find some new ideas or pointers here.
