I have been at around 176 to 180 for several years now but I still have a good amount of belly fat I can not get rid of. I work out almost every morning. Work hard in a ship yard (after being a manager for 21 years) My diet to good. Calorie intake is at or below normal for my activity level.
Don't have a clue what to do next.

you can not spot reduce. keep eating in a deficit.6

Eat less or increase the effectiveness of your "workout" to build some muscle to replace the fat, which won't come from any one chosen part of your body.
You have been maintaining for several years so whether your calorie intake is "below normal" or not is a moot point - it's normal for you.3 -
If you're at average height, say 5'8" to 5"10", then 180 or so is still too heavy with too much body fat percentage.4

Reduce your intake a bit... by 10-15% is probably reasonable.2 -

That's an important point to realize/accept. Don't overlook it.1 -
Just have to cut more weight and see. At some point you decide if it's worth it or not. I've maintained a year at 135 and just took off another 5 to see where it would go from - not my belly too much. I don't care enough to cut more.1

As others have said, keep eating at deficit, the belly is usually the last to go and every few pounds lost will make a difference.2

Unfortunately it's not possible to "spot reduce" (selectively remove fat from any particular area of our body). No exercise, food/diet or supplement can help. And especially for men, the fat around the belly/waistline is usually the last place it will go from.
As others have said, if you've been maintaining your weight, you're at maintenance calories. Reduce your intake a bit, make sure you're getting adequate protein intake and engage in a well designed strength training program (the latter two to assist with retaining muscle while losing fat). And have patience - it's a slow, gradual process.1 -
Sadly, you can't spot reduce. If that were the case I wouldn't have amazing abs by now.
Like others have said, reduce your intake a little bit and have some patience.1 -
Are you using a food scale?3
