Been on MFP for a while, I do mornings at a local Y 25-35 minutes every morning. Then 8 hours in a ship building company. I will log 30+ flights of stairs a day.
I have not been able to get rid of the belly (10 lbs) or get my upper strength to where I want it. Hoping I might find some new ideas or pointers here.
