My Garmin does not have heart rate alarm. I did have a chest strap monitor that did and it also synced with exercise equipment. I do not remember who made it.

Look at your portion sizes, is a start for weight. Leg muscles will do the most calorie burn. HIIT, Cycling classes, Cross Training or just leg/weight workouts

Hello, start slowly and consistant. Diet is a big part. Watch portion sizes. To start.

Keep up went you are doing. Find podcasts to help mentally. Faith, meditation, or just good humor are ways to help. I took my goals slow and steady. Worked out smaller portions, cut the amounts of potatoes, noodles and bread. All these were my favorites (big time). Hope I can help.

I have been slowly watching a belly and muffin top disappear over the years. Don't get discouraged, take it slowly. Use the app to help with seeing what meals have the higher calories. Cut portion sizes slowly. Use higher moisture fruits and vegetables as snacks.

8lbs good! Being active and watching what, when and how much is a way to try. Little steps seem to last longer for me.

I have been working on my last 10 lbs. I am usually very active, 4-5 days in the gym. A very physical job. I have been working on portions not calories. My calories logged show I should loose 20 lbs in two weeks. Too bad my body can't read. I have to be aware of portion sizes each meal.

Hello, I am down to 174 now, still have my 165 goal.

It takes time. The closer you get to the goal weight the slower the body takes to burn it off.
