I’m not sure how this is going to go, but I could definitely use some friends that are going through the same situation with trying to lose weight. I’ve never really had a support system and my doctor recommended this app to get started.

    Set yourself small goals. Watch when and how much you eat. Log it all. Even water. The weekly progress will show what you are above and below goals.

    I've just joined because, I've reached my target weight, but I've just this week had back surgury, and now I'm imobile. I'm going to be off work, which is a very active job, for 8 weeks and I've gained 2lb already, because pain and bordem is giving me the munchies. So I'm hoping for some healthy tips to be able to stay at my target weight
