I'm pleased but now need new bras lol. My trousers and jeans are all much less fitted. Can get in my tiny guess jeans now without a fat bottom and love handles spilling out of them lol. Hope to continue building muscle and build a new muscley bubble bum

dairy & gluten
This stuff makes me feel rubbish and makes my anxiety rise too. I feel more lethargic, and in general crap. I'm giving myself a challenge to remove these for good. Purchased a crop top in sale today for the summer, Abs are not quite ready yet but keeping this top out hung on wardrobe will be a nice reminder to keep up my good work

Loads of energy
Counting calories and macros at first was not great. I now feel full of energy and so much better in myself and tracking feels normal now. Never give up on your health and fitness journey, it's hard at first but worth it in the end

Martial Arts
Thinking about starting martial arts classes this month. However class is longer than 30 mins. 120 mins. I know not all of it will be full on as there will be stretching etc.. I'm just little bit worried it will mess up my weight training gains. It's only once a week

Tan looks good
