I'm pleased but now need new bras lol. My trousers and jeans are all much less fitted. Can get in my tiny guess jeans now without a fat bottom and love handles spilling out of them lol. Hope to continue building muscle and build a new muscley bubble bum

Lol. Don't mind having smaller boobs really to be fair. Rather have flat stomach any day and smaller boobs. I've wanted a flat stomach for years, I've just never put the work in for it until now :)

I think female bodybuilders lose their boobs permanently from cutting down to a very low bodyfat percentage. Hence why so many have implants. Not a concern for regular women who exercise and diet.

Besides, it is the age of the butt and leggings and yoga pants. Boobs are so 20th century.

Why would loosing their boobs not be a concern for regular women? Mine looked pretty sad after my 40lb weight loss. I didn't even "need" a bra any more. If you are used to having them, and then they are gone, you might be concerned. Some of us lose the most from that area, others lose fat from other places first.

I was so happy to lose some boob!!! Mine were starting to get a bit uncomfortable, and were part of the reason I lost weight.

I hope boobs shrink. I'm an F cup now, which is really hard to find without paying a fortune.

Depends on your composition and how much weight you lose. I am 5'5" (right now my weight is off because of thyroid disease) and at 150lbs I was a 32-34DDD and at 130lbs I am a 30-32DD/DDD. So all in all I think I lost an inch with 20lbs. Losing that inch helped a ton though.

Breasts are made of fat and breast tissue. Regular women who lose fat will see fat loss in their breaststroke, even when at non very low bf%.

I forgot that women born nowadays are all born without breasts though. Thanks for the reminder.

I for one will be elated to let go of some of this "happiness" on my chest. My hubby might not be so happy about it, but oh well. I think once I lose to my goal weight, I may get a reduction and lift.

After 49 lbs lost, I have gone from a 44E to 40D/C (depending on style). Kinda nice to not be so... top-heavy.

Can we not with the "regular women" crap?

I'm a "regular woman" and i've had small boobs when i was fat and now that i'm fit.

Me too. First place I lose and last place I gain.

I look forward to smaller boobs and wouldn't mind being no more than a 32C like I had before. My breasts are one of the first places that I gain noticeable weight. I'm at a half cup over 32D and it looks off on my small frame and it's very obnoxious as I want to move fast and spontaneously without my boobs bouncing all over the place. Of course, you cannot choose your exact breast size when you reach your final weight, but I do expect them to get significantly smaller with weight loss as in the past. And, I can scream "freedom!" when that happens.

I'm thrilled that mine have shrunk as they are more in proportion with the rest of my body now. My husband isn't quite so thrilled but he's getting over it :)

    QFT.

I've never had trouble finding bras in an F cup. I can find them in most high street shops, even, which is just as well because 'the girls' seem to have very definite ideas about what cup size they are!

In the past half year I've gone from a 44F to a 42E to a 40F to a 38F - which is the size I was fifteen years ago. It seems some people lose cup sizes with weight loss, and some don't. (And I personally am quite happy to be the latter :) )

I will be so pleased if my breasts shrink. They've stayed pretty well the same size over the last 10 years, even with weight fluctuation, so we will see... I wear a 36H so I can spare some.

Also, thanks to the dude above who pointed out to us our boobs shouldn't be a concern... I need to go chase after my eyes now. I forgot this was all about how attractive we're supposed to be.

I'm with you. I've been top heavy all my life and hate it. I hope that mine reduce by A LOT. Hubby is already not thrilled but life goes on lol.

My boobs are bigger thanks to high rep bench...ok, so it's mostly pec muscle, but it all looks the same in a sports bra.

I bought a new bra yesterday and went from 38C to 36D. The boobs are not smaller but the fat on my rib cage is decreasing

I started at C cup at my highest weight and now I've dropped to B cup. I still have 20 more pounds to loose ..... :(

Oh well, at least it will make my runs more pleasant.

    yeah good luck.

When you lose weight your actual breast tissue doesn't change that much. What will change is the back boob and some of under the arms. So I have gone from a 34D/36C to a 30F/32E.

And larger sizes are far easier to find than they used to be.

Bench press and butterflies=firmer boobs. Weight loss=smaller boobs, less fun. IMO

^This. I'm saving up for a reduction once I reach goal weight and stay there for awhile.

Boobs or no boobs, I just don't want to drop the money for new bras. I'm wearing sports bras a lot of the time in the meantime.
