Stubborn middle aged abdominal fat has made itself at home for years now lol. I'm wearing a bikini in summer and as a huge treat to myself I'm going to get rid of the blubber. There isn't much there but I've got a feeling it will not be easy to shift as it's old fat. Are any other ladies working towards a similar goal

    That was my last summer goal. Stick with it it's so worth it!

    I keep healthy more or less all the time, but recently have gotten out of shape a little bit. This summer I make me proud!

    Yup! Holiday in 8 weeks time and I will be wearing a bikini so the tummy has to go!
