so last night I stepped on the scale and it read 202lbs with 23% body fat and 55% water. Water retention
I have a scale that calculates your body mass your muscle mass and the % of water, idk how accurate it is but one thing I have noticed is that as I loose weight the % of water I retain has gotten higher, I strayed at around 50% and 28 pounds later I'm allways up near 55% has anyone else experienced this?

Antibiotics causing wieght gain ?
So I have been on a 10 day course of antibiotics and during this time I have actually gained back a couple pounds after steadily loosing about a 1 pound or 2 week. The only diffrence being the antibiotics, is this normal ?

Daily calorie intake
