So I like the occasional beer, some shots, or a mixed drink. Does alcohol contain a lot of calories? I heard it does but not completely sure.

Addicted to exercise
I read somewhere that people can get addicted to exercising. It makes them feel good and look good so they don't want to stop. They are trying to kick in an extra hour or extra rep and so on. From start to finish
What was your starting weight, how much have you lost, and what is your goal. My starting weight was 150. I lost 10 pounds in almost two months and my goal is to get down to 125-130. I would love to see your stepping stones to get where you want to be.

It's just so hard.
The more the days pass by the more I realize it's getting more difficult to exercise... kind of like I don't have the energy to keep pressing on. Just feel like I don't want to but I know I must if I want to reach my goal. My question is what do you do to keep your drive to keep on pushing and keep on working out.?

Morning noon or evening
Do you do your exercising of a morning such as taking a nice jog?. Do you exercise around noon after lunch or taking a nice nap?. (Most people can't exercise around noon because of job). Or do you exercise in the evening after eating a good meal.? Or do you just do things thoroughly through the day?

Holy Hips!!!
I just had my second kid and have gone back to my pre pregnancy weight however i have a problem with my hips now. My jeans that I did fit into are now hard to button cause of the fat on my hips. Advice on ways to get rid of those love handles.

Enjoy or not?
Do you personally enjoy exercising?, or do you not enjoy it cause of the fact you have to work hard at exercising to lose weight.? For me personally it's a little bit of both.
