Look at number 4.
I'm not typically a big fan of livestrong, but this is pretty accurate...I also hate the word "skinny" and wish they'd use something else...
I don't view indulgences as "slipping up" or "cheating"...I'm just living my life and in the context of what I'm doing on the whole, indulgences here and there aren't really particularly relevant. As far as a favorite goes, I don't think I could really pin one down...3 -
Cake! In quantity.
Just cake within my calorie limit isn't a cheat meal. But giant triangles of cake, like a third of the cake? Yep.3 -
I am in love with the Cheesecake smoothie from Wawa and its beyond bad for me. 670 Calories...31g of fat...70g of sugar for the 12 oz...YIKES, but my goodness it tastes sooooo good!1

Biscuits/chocolate. I can't resist it.1

Chips, once I open a bag I feel compelled to finish it sometimes just so they are gone. I try to not buy them, but admittedly have eaten more than my share of family sized bags of chips in 1-2 sittings. My favourite are plain, but I will eat ones that I don't even like that much and to the point that my mouth hurts from all the salt.2

I thought I only had that problem0

We don't have a Krispy Kreme donut place near me (thank goodness) but the other day I drove about an hour away to visit my mom. On the way home I knew that the exit for Krispy Kreme near her town was coming up, it weighed heavily on my mind. I didn't want to mess up my calories for the day and I specifically did not want to waste them on Krispy Kremes of all things. So I drove on. The exit was coming closer and I kept telling myself to not give in. I pulled over into the far left lane so as to avoid the exit. Suddenly I found myself changing lanes to the right, how was this possible, I didn't want to give in. Without warning the exit appeared and I took it, it was too late, I couldn't turn back now. I would just buy three donuts, one for me, one for my wife, and one for my daughter. As I pulled into the drive-up lane I decided it would be cheaper to buy a half-dozen. That would be two each, that would be ok. When I began ordering I ordered a half dozen and then for some reason I said, "And a single one in a bag." What??? Why did I say that? Well, I ate the single right away, got home and shared the others and ate the other two. My wife, also on MFP, only wanted one so I ate hers also. 4 donuts later the guilt set in. So that was my cheat.3
