Having a hard time with weight loss
So when I started my weight loss journey at the beginning of this year, I weighed in at 235lbs. By May, I was down to 195lbs (goal is 175lbs, my BMI optimal range is between 145-170) with only 20 more to go, I was pumped. But I recently switched jobs. I was a welder for a steel construction company and during that time I…

Weight lifting from home?
Between my work schedule and my family at home, I find it hard to get to the gym. I bought T25 and went through the program which helped me drop 22lbs. I still have some more weight to lose, but I now want to incorporate more weight lifting and lighten up on the cardio, but as I mentioned before, going to a gym is hard for…

I…

Cheat days necessary???
Okay, so my diet isn't perfect, but I do pretty good at staying within my calories. I have been getting really bad cravings lately. Things like cheeseburgers, fries, pizza and such are really driving me crazy. Would if be okay if I take one day a week to splurge a little? Or will this form bad habits and ruin everything? I…

Need some friends
I have used myfitnesspal on and off for a couple of years, but I haven't been able to stick with a weight loss goal for long. I was a pretty fit guy in high school, but after high school life hit me. I had to get a job, I got married and had children. I have gained 70 pounds over the last 6 years. At one point I got really…
