Need some friends

I have used myfitnesspal on and off for a couple of years, but I haven't been able to stick with a weight loss goal for long. I was a pretty fit guy in high school, but after high school life hit me. I had to get a job, I got married and had children. I have gained 70 pounds over the last 6 years. At one point I got really depressed and started to eat more, which in turn made me gain weight faster. I took a chance and bought Shaun T's T25 because I don't have too much time in the day for a full one or two hour workout session. I can stick to the workout program, but having a friend to help keep me motivated and to help with some dieting would be awesome. I know what foods I should and shouldn't eat, I just don't know when I should eat them or how much. I also have a hard time with night time snacking and I don't know how to fight those cravings.
