Been hugely inspired by a friend and work colleague who’s also recently won a local bodybuilding competition so here I am 40 years old and 2 weeks in to my new fitness and lifestyle regime. I’m also a heart attack victim of 2 years so this change is hugely important to me. Any advice or support would be hugely appreciated.
