Fitbit Steps + Daily Calorie Intake = ?
So... MFP, with all the info I entered, has me set to eat 1200 cal per day. I assume MFP is factoring in less than 10,000 steps per day to create said deficit. Would that be right to assume? So far today I only have 2,800 steps... but it's counting that as 350 extra calories (that I can eat) with my deficit? Is this right?…

Going Over Healthy Fats
Obviously you should go over fat, protein, carbs, etc. I accidentally exceeded my fat intake for the day by eating an ounce of peanuts. Is this going to really throw me off? I'm regretting it now!

Potassium
Does anyone take a potassium supplement? Seems like I'm not getting enough potassium a day. MFP calls for 3,400mg and I'm barely getting a third of that. I looked at potassium pills today and they're only 99mg a piece? Help!

I attempted to weigh raw spinach the other day. It didn't even notice that I was weighing it, imagine that. Major duh moment. My question is, what is the easiest way to measure and log raw spinach? This might seem like a no brainer, but any inout will help. Thanks in advance. :)

Potassium
I track my food everyday on MFP. I take a one a day vitamin. At the end of the day, I am noticing that I don't have enough potassium. Other than eating the obvious, bananas, would it be worthwhile to take a supplement? How important is potassium to your daily nutrition? Thanks in advance! :)

I recently started this lifestyle change of eating healthy and exercising to lose weight. I've noticed over the past couple months that even if I stay under my 1200 calorie a day plan, I am still exceeding other things within my diet.
