Referring to every soda as a coke is definitely a southern thing. When I lived in PA, it was soda. In GA, even sprite is coke. lol.

Bud select 55 is only about 2.4% alcohol, which is half of a bud light. The more you cut calories in alcohol, the weaker it is. I could blow through a 12 pack of 55 and it would be an absolute waste. I drank last weekend and it really contributed to the extra weight I held onto early this week. My husband will be at military training this weekend, so I'm hoping I can skim the surface and get away with not drinking!

I am still the same exact weight... and i know why. I had a huge slip up last weekend and i've been trying to recover. I guess I'm happy to be the same exact weight.

Yes! That's about the only thing I have going for me since my "desk" is higher than a normal desk! So that definitely helps! My posture is awful, though. I really need to work on that!

Well, I drank Friday night at a social gathering. I just knew I wasn't going to make it... Although, I drank way less than I normally do, so I guess that's a plus. Oh well....

Usually, I do a 20 min or 30 min work out on those. I increase my level every 2 minutes until I reach 10, and then go back down to 1. Found the idea on pinterest somewhere.

I drank this past weekend before this all started. By wednesday morning, i had dropped 3 pounds... 3! The water weight is crazy!

I am a lazy eater.... tuna packets, fruit, and some crackers or a salad or organic frozen meals. I like organic because the food actually tastes like food. Lol.
