Anyone else have this weight trend?

My whole weight loss journey I seem to lose weight in spurts...every time I see a new low # on the scale I can count on a few days of being higher than that and then BAM...a new low. Example...
08/14 189.3 (new low weight)
08/15 189.8
08/16 189.5
08/18 192.5
08/19 191.1
08/20 190.2
08/21 189.4
08/22 190
08/23 188.6 YAYYYYY!!!
I have not gone over my calorie goal at all in this time period and have consistently eaten back about 1/2 of my exercise calories daily.
This is the reason I started weighing daily...to acknowledge and get over those natural daily weight fluctuations. I know some people advocate only weighing once a week or once a month but I like the feedback several times a week.
Anyone have similar weight trends? Does this happen to everyone?

Yes . Weight loss is not linear. For me the trending app Libra has been an emotion saver as I am always trending down and it let's me neutralize the fluxes and statistical noise.
I hear happy scale is good for iphones.5 -

That's pretty much the way I trend every week. Someone recommended Happy Scale. That's the app I use for my weight tracking. Simple but gives me the info I need.2 -

Same for me. Oddly enough, I tend to hit my new low weights in the back half of the week after water retention from the weekends clears out.0

I am always surprised. I come back from an excersise break and I am down a few pounds.0

Story of my life. Nothing quite like a Thursday night panic that you've gained a gazillion pounds (or half a pound), just to wake up in the morning and be 2lbs lighter.1

This is exactly why I weigh myself every day.1

Same here, this is the exact reason I began weighing daily, and still do in maintenance. I am proud to hear that you want to learn your patterns rather than get discouraged and give up! Way to go to learn about your body!1
