I used to do the same. You'll eventually get tired of it, I think. I know I did. I would weigh myself at night and then it finally got to the point where I was like "well obviously I weigh more after eating and drinking all day" so I just walk away.

I weigh myself every morning and track it on the Libra app. Once I see an actual weight loss, I log it here.

I'm seeing a lot of potato chips in your diet? maybe switch those out for some celery, carrots, apples, etc. Lower calories! And you can eat more!

I attempted for a while just to get some extra muscle tone and then everyone kept telling me that what I was doing was wrong so I got so frustrated, that I stopped. I wasn't lifting super heavy weights. I was lifting enough to challenge me and doing 3 sets of like 12 or 15.

I could very well be wrong.... but i think the theory is lift heavier weights at a lower rep to build bulkier muscle and then lighter weights with more reps to build leaner muscle. Could be wrong. Someone correct me, if so.

I love my air fryer! I don't understand all the hate toward air fryer's. Even my husband, who loves fried foods, was impressed with french after they came out of an air fryer!

I drink almond milk and it works just fine for me as well. ^^^

When I started taking mine, I could BARELY get anything down. When I halfed the dose, i was able to eat and then work back up to the full dose. No worries! That medication is so wonky... it can be difficult to work with!

I have a friend that takes celery to a Mexican restaurant to eat with the salsa. I liked the idea so much, that now I do it. I don't care how crazy I look. Lol!

From years of being on similar medication, the symptoms are always the worst the first couple of weeks. Eventually, your body will adjust. Nothing is sneaky if you log and weigh your food properly. It took a lot of "label reading" for me to find out, calorie wise, what felt "worth it" to me. Just read your labels! Just because it says it's healthy, doesn't mean it is.
