Not sure where to post this. But the bar the foot peddle sits on is loose but the bolts won't move. Any idea how to tighten it?

Call or email NordicTrack. I've heard they have good customer service.

    Good relative to what? Death?

(I say this because my Nordictrack elliptical just bricked itself with a software update and I spent a good amount of time trying to chase down help on the phone the other day).

Usually, you can find some kind of user manual on line. Google is where I would start.

If out of warranty, ask around for a private repair person. The vendor might have a suggestion.

There should be either bearings or bronze bushings on the end of the arm. Replace those and it should get rid of the slop. This is a good time to inspect the belts and resistance wheel for wear and lubricate all the pivot points.
