So over the weekend I had a few beers and needed something to cure the hangover so i had a dominos last night, the scales this morning has told me ive gained 4 pounds, will this drop back off? Also are cheat days a good thing in a diet?

My first two weeks
I have settled into my weightloss quite easily ive lost 6.5 pounds in two weeks I just lowered the calories and followed the nutrition on the app also done some fat burning exercises at the gym, long way to go but this app keeps motivation lets do it together!!!
