My first two weeks

I have settled into my weightloss quite easily ive lost 6.5 pounds in two weeks I just lowered the calories and followed the nutrition on the app also done some fat burning exercises at the gym, long way to go but this app keeps motivation lets do it together!!!

    Great job! Keep it up! I'm about to finish week 4 and have lost about 15 pounds thus far (enough that my wife said she definitely noticed it in how my clothes fit and around my face).

    Don't get concerned or discouraged if you see your progress slow down from this point forward. A good portion of that initial weight was likely water (though this doesn't mean that it's any less satisfying to lose it!). I lost a ton in the first week and settled into about 2 pounds per week since.
