Where you eat for certain hours per day then fast for the rest? Seems to be a simple effective diet that we can all do? I’m trying it as of now ☺️

Gym routine - help needed
Heya All, Just a quick one, so I go the gym on average 2-3 times per week dependent on work patterns I currently do the following: 25 mins - cross trainer 40 mins - treadmill, walking uphill 15 mins - exercise bike (level 2) 20-30 pulls - rowing machine Do you think I should maybe change something and add in weight…

Training early hours anyone?
Does anyone go to the gym Early hours? Mine is open 24/7 and I do normally go around 9am and leave around 10.30-11am but does anyone go early hours like 12,1,2,3 am etc? - if so how do you feel afterwards? Cheers

Hey all so I'm taking a big leap for myself and starting the gym today got my shorts all ready lol ☺️ Just want to know can anyone recommend something sensible for me to eat before I go? Don't want to feel bloated or sickly during my workout thanks in advance, look forward to your comments :D

Cup of tea
I love my cup of tea's they literally get me through shifts at work, I have normally tea bag, and a dash of BOB milk and x1 candarel sweetener but it's coming Up as 100 cals for a cup? Anyway I can amend this? Surely it's no where near that much? Thanks all, Scott
