Well I very rarely eat breakfast and don’t normally eat til around 10-11am mid morning anyway, so my last food was before 7pm yesterday and I’ve got around 5 hours left of none eating which would be a total time of 16 hours I knew fasting mode, feel fine tbh woke up and just having a black coffee with no sweetener or milk…

I too love my AirFryer and if it broke down I would 100% replace ASAP! I cook all sorts in mine and the best part no oils or added fats added the chips are out of this world 💪😋

I don't get that because I do around 1.5 hours of cardio in the gym, and burn around 400 odd cals, then I do some weight lifting
-
Mine is open to all my friends
-
Hey there, thank you - I will look at this post now, Well I would like to combine the 2 because at the moment I am doing around 1.5 hours in the gym doing cardio only from Cross trainer, to Treadmill to exercise bikes thanks
-
I would say work on your upper body strength, for the rest that's down to physio's or doctors to aide you with, hope you make a speedy and quick recovery - take care
-
I'm a nurse and work in the hospital, and I must say alot of people on my ward (workers and patients alike) are over weight - even some of the doctors too. Seems normality! I have around 2 stone to lose, feel free to add me
-
Hey there, firstly welcome  Feel free to add me, I post daily and offer support to all after all we all need that right, me included! Good luck on your MFP journey!

Hey both I too am on the C25K programme, I'm only on week 2 (well starting that this evening at the gym) Would love the support, feel free to add me - well done on your first 2 runs, only 1 more and you will be where I am
-
I think this works differently for all of us, for me example I have 500 exercise cals, I would eat between 200-300 of them, and leave the rest
-
Hey yeah I think I want to mix the two, and the fact your saying I can still burn fat after my workout finishes - thats music to my ears lol! I will add the 2 and make a new plan then when I go this afternoon, thanks
-
Hey welcome back! I'm sure you will ACE this, each day gets easier and easier and then it becomes almost a way of life Feel free to add me - I offer support, and comment each and every day to all my MFP friends Take care! Scott :D :D
-
Yes I do - not all of them might I add say for instance I earn 500 cals for exercise I would eat between 300-350 of them so leaving a surplus of around 150 cals, I think by not eating them you are running pretty much on empty which isn't to good

For me the weekends are kinda hard like most of us right!? What I do is really good through the week Monday - Friday, then Friday and Sunday I go the gym so I got enough exercise calories to get me through - For saturday I setup my meal plan and stick to it, and I know if I have gone a little over on the saturday, I will…
-
Hi there, Read your story and I'm sorry that you've gone through such bad times, However - nows YOUR time to-do this right! Follow MFP and allow your cals what it suggests, try and eat carbs like pasta, rice etc as this will fill you up for longer, and try swapping chocolate, crisps and biscuits for healthier alternatives…

Feel free to add me

Anyone feel free to add me - I offer support and post daily ☺️good luck to all
-
This probably sounds terrible but I reward myself with a drink (alcoholic) but still within my cals
-
Hello there, It's currently set at light working. I have also started the gym from today I'm going to go 4 x per week so think I need to reassess my 1,700 cals per day thanks for the insight ☺️
