Gym routine - help needed

Heya All,

Just a quick one, so I go the gym on average 2-3 times per week dependent on work patterns
I currently do the following:
25 mins - cross trainer
40 mins - treadmill, walking uphill
15 mins - exercise bike (level 2)
20-30 pulls - rowing machine

Do you think I should maybe change something and add in weight lifting? My goal is to lose weight mind, look forward to all your responses

    Lifting weights is a great fat burner more so than cardio because you still carry on burning fat after your finished.id definitely put some weight training into your work outs.if you like cardio mix the 2 with crossfit

    Hey yeah I think I want to mix the two, and the fact your saying I can still burn fat after my workout finishes - thats music to my ears lol! I will add the 2 and make a new plan then when I go this afternoon, thanks :wink:
