New and looking for weight loss support!

Hey guys! I just had a baby 2 months ago and am trying to get my pre-mom body back. Would love any support or tips oreven just sharing ur journey so far to help me stay motivated.     Just a note: If you are breastfeeding you may need to add 500 calories. There is an entry for that. Just type in breastfeeding. I have seen many moms make this mistake and I just want to make sure you don't.
